Sukha Yoga

In my daily life, both private and in my work as an artist / florist I have always been looking for ways to put the world paused to create peace in my mind and get more balance between body and mind. After years of intensive training, I decided to concentrate on Pilates and Yoga Sukha. That not only kept me physically, but I also learned a lot about the positive impact physical exercises and meditation have on your existence.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage [also called Sip Sen] is a deep form of massage that brings physical, psychological, emotional and energetic more balance. Thai massage is a very good and powerful method to treat all kinds of specific complaints.

The origins of Thai massage brings more than 2,500 years back in history. Buddhist monks have this kind of medicine introduced in Thailand. Buddhism embraces the holistic idea of coherence and harmony between body and mind. Thai massage is also part of the ancient Thai medical and spiritual tradition.

Thai Yoga massage is good voor Mind, Body & Self

“It is time to share that knowledge and experience.”

“It is time to share Sukha.”

Thank you Danielle

My time in Danielle's yoga classes was an amazing experience. Danielle's warm and open nature created such a welcoming environment that not only did we her students feel connected to her as she guided us through our practice, but we also feel connected to each other- we stretched, sweat, and laughed as a team 🙂 I am so grateful for my time with Danielle! It was truly inspiring to be in the presence of someone who so naturally approaches yoga with such child-like curiosity and enthusiasm. Thank you, Danielle!!

I've met Danielle in TCDC, near Ranong in Thailand and took daily classes with her for 9 days. She is just amazing! She catches really fast your needs and is able to adapt her class to everyone needs by adapting mouvements to your capacities and problems. She is very creative, changes her courses every day to give you opportunities to learn different technics / poses. Her story telling and explanations helps a lot to understand fully all the movements. She is great iwth beginners and advanced, both in the same classes, which even make her more exceptional. I highly recommend her classes and I will defenitly think about organising a retreat with her teaching in my town, Chiang Mai, or elsewhere. Many thanks Danielle :-)))

Danielle TOP!!

I met Danielle at a Eco-Logic in southern Thailand. She was my yoga teacher for a week. Her and I were able to get close fairly quickly as her down to earth personality made it so I could identify with her easily. For the classes we had, Danielle lead a Yin-Yang style-powerful poses followed by relaxing ones. She consistently focused on the breath leading to a very centering practice. She creatively designed a sequence named "Dragonfly" which was wonderful. She has a story telling style to help you flow through the class and to keep your attention in the present. She gave me personal tips on some of my poses based on my body specifically, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend checking out one of Danielle's classes!! She is wonderful.
